Garantisco   un   altissimo   livello   di   qualità   sia   per   lo   stile, sia   per   fedeltà   verso   la   versione   originale.   Tuttavia,   la traduzione   di   testi   complessi   a   volte   richiede   un   grande impegno,    specialmente    con    alcuni    documenti    legali    e medici.   Dovessi,   dopo   un   attento   esame   del   documento originale,   venire   alla   conclusione   che   non   sia   possibile tradurre   il   testo   inoltrato   in   tempo   utile   e/o   con   la   dovu- ta   correttezza,   a   causa   di   termini   troppo   specialistici,   o altre    difficoltà,    i    clienti    vengono    avvertiti    il    più    presto possibile.   Il   controllo   preliminare   non   viene   calcolato   per documenti   fino   a   3000   parole,   essendo   questo   incluso nel preventivo gratuito, non vincolante per i clienti.

         Ich   garantiere   meinen   KundInnen   eine   konstant   hochstehende   Qualität   in   Bezug   auf Genauigkeit   und   Stil.   Es   ist   aber   eine   Tatsache,   dass   die   Übersetzung   gewisser   Dokumente einen   grossen   Einsatz   erfordert,   besonders   im   Bereich   Recht   und   Medizin.   Sollte   ich   nach eingehender   Prüfung   Ihres   Dokuments   zur   Auffassung   kommen,   dass   es   mir   nicht   möglich ist,   den   vorliegenden   Text   auf   Grund   einer   Häufung   gewisser   Spezialbegriffe   in   nützlicher Zeit   und/oder   in   der   angebrachten   Genauigkeit   zu   übertragen,   teile   ich   dies   meinen   Kund- Innen   rechtzeitig   mit.   Eine   Vorprüfung   ist   bei   Dokumenten   bis   zu   3000   Worten   (ca.   10   Seiten) gratis, und ist bereits in der für die KundInnen unverbindlichen Offerte enthalten.

VERLÄSSLICHE OFFERTEN

Von   meiner   Seite   sind   die   gemachten   Offerten   verbindlich,   ausser   in   den   seltenen   Fällen,   in denen   es   sich   nachträglich   herausstellt,   dass   bei   ungewöhnlichen   oder   komplexen   Doku- menten   die   Arbeitszeit   für   die   Übersetzung   von   mir   nicht   korrekt   eingeschätzt   wurde.   In diesem   Fall   benachrichtige   ich   meine   KundInnen   rechtzeitig   und   gebe   ihnen   die   Möglichkeit, den   erteilten   und   bereits   begonnenen   Auftrag   kostenlos   und   ohne   weitere   Verpflichtung   zu stornieren ,    sollten   diese   es   wünschen.   Das   Gleiche   gilt   für   das   Korrigieren   von   bereits   über- setzten   Texten,   bei   denen   es   nicht   immer   einfach   ist,   die   notwendige   Arbeitszeit   präzise abzuschätzen.

      I   am   confident   in   providing   my   customers   with   translations   of   excellent   quality   with   regard to   precision   and   style.   Nevertheless,   translating   complex   texts   sometimes   requires   a   great effort,   especially   with   some   legal   and   medical   documents .    Should   it   turn   out   that   after careful   analysis   of   the   original   document,   I   feel   unable   to   produce   a   translation   within   a reasonable   timeframe   and   /   or   with   the   necessary   precision   due   to   a   very   uncommon terminology   or   complexity   of   the   text,   I   shall   communicate   this   to   my   customers   in   a   timely fashion   and   without   further   obligation.      A   preliminary   examination   of   a   document   contai- ning   up   to   3000   words    (around   10   pages)   is   included   in   the   quote,   which   is   free   of   charge and not binding  for the customer.

TRANSPARENT AND CONVENIENT PRICING

QUOTES YOU CAN RELY ON

         Q uotes   are   binding   on   my   part,   except   in   those   rare   cases   where   it   subsequently   turns   out that   I   incorrectly   assessed   the   time   needed   for   the   translation   of   uncommon   or   complex documents.   In   that   case,   I   will   notify   my   customers   giving   them   the   opportunity   to   cancel the   placed   order,   even   if   the   translation   is   already   in   progress,   without   further   obligation, should   they   so   wish.   The   same   goes   for   corrections   of   existing   texts,   where   work-hours   for correction and optimizing are generally difficult to estimate. PREVENTIVI ONESTI

      I   miei   preventivi   sono   vincolanti,   tranne   in   rari   casi   in   cui   successivamente   si   evince,   che per   documenti   complessi,   o   con   termini   insoliti,   il   tempo   di   lavoro   necessario   per   la   tradu- zione    non    è    stato    correttamente    valutato.    In    questi    casi    avviserò    tempestivamente    la cliente,   il   cliente,   dando   loro   la   possibilità   di   annullare   l’incarico   già   avviato   senza   impegno   o costo   ulteriore,   qualora   lo   desiderassero.   Lo   stesso   vale   per   ottimizzazioni   di   testi   esistenti, laddove non è facile stimare il tempo necessario per il lavoro di correzione.
